Shipping


1. Placing your order
When an order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. Please keep this email as proof of purchase.

2. Processing your order
All orders will be processed within 2 business days (Tuesday to Friday). If there is an unexpected delay, we will contact you directly via email. If you require an item urgently, please email us directly and we will endeavour to ship the item as soon as possible.

3. Shipment locations
We ship to Australia and New Zealand.

*some oversized items may be excluded from International shipping.

For domestic orders we offer a flat rate of $10 for standard, $15 for express. Bulky items are calculated at checkout. We also offer free standard shipping on orders over $200 (this offer excludes bulky items and is automatically applied at checkout).

4. Delivery
Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided. Please note, delivery times are estimates only and
commence from the date of shipment. Unexpected circumstances, such as weather delays, may impact delivery times.

Delivery estimates:
Express shipping - orders will arrive within 1 to 3 business days (after dispatch)
Standard shipping - orders will arrive within 3 to 5 business days (after dispatch)

Please note:
La La Noon business days are Tuesday to Friday, except holidays.
Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

5. Tracking your order
Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

6. Damaged items
If you receive a damaged item or package, please contact us immediately at mail@lalanoon.com.au

RETURNS


We have a 14-day return policy meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We do not accept refunds for change or mind, however, if you believe a product is faulty or damanged please contact us immediately at mail@lalanoon.com.au. Please note, we process return requests separately and we do not guarantee all requests will be fullfilled.

For an exchange or credit note, your item/s must be in the same condition you received it and must be unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. If your item requires assembling, it must be unassembled and still inside the original packaging/box.

Please note, you will be responsible for your own shipping costs to return the item/s. We encourage our customers to pay for tracking as we cannot process returns until we receive and assess the item/s.

To request a return, please email us at mail@lalanoon.com.au. If accepted, we will provide next steps. Please do not send back items without requesting a return. Returns will not be accepted or processed without sending a request first.

2. Damaged or incorrect order
Please contact us immediately if the item/s is damaged or if you receive an incorrect order.

3. Non-returnable items
Please note some items cannot be returned due to the nature of the items - for example beauty products.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

4. Exchanges
Please contact us immediately to organise a return/exchange. We cannot ship exchanged items until we receive the returned package. Please note, we cannot guarantee an exchange if your item is out of stock.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund has been approved or not. If approved, we will process your refund and the finds will be refunded automatically via your original payment method. Please note, these transactions may take several days to be processed by your bank.
